Adobe creative cloud - User Name license

Licenses expire when cancelled during the renewal process. Your organization has a number of licenses from 0 to n, that it can attribute to a number of users. If it allocates more licences than initially purchased, it will need to purchase more. If it will allocate less, it will waste resources and need to cancel those at time.

Your IT needs to make the connection between the Adobe CC license and your user in the active directory. How this works out is best explained by your it. If they don't know what they are doing then you asked the wrong persons. 

My Teams license is managed via an admin console (from Adobe, not related to active directory) and the ones I invite to the CC will need to create an Adobe id. Their license will be tyed to that id as long as I will keep the license assigned to that id.

You'll have to ask Microsoft how Active Directory works.  We can't answer that.

I'm moving your question from Creative Cloud Services (which is mainly for individual users) to Enterprise & Teams. Maybe the experts there can shed more light on this.
