Adobe Customization Wizard X Download

The download link on the Adobe Customization Wizard X download page (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4950) is for a file called acrobat_connect_box_shot.sitx.  The install instructions on the page are refering to a exe, and says for additional help, refer to the readme file that is downloaded with the application (which I don't see).  How do I install?
