Adobe "Data and privacy settings" are not available

I understand that you're encountering difficulties accessing certain settings, such as "Desktop App Usage" and "Content Analysis" for all users within your company. It's important to note that these settings are currently designed to be accessible only to individual users, not administrators. This approach is in place to prioritize user privacy and ensure that sensitive data is handled securely.

For desktop applications such as Creative Cloud, the ability to share usage information with Adobe is disabled by default for Creative Cloud for Enterprise and Creative Cloud for Education members. However, users can enable this feature by installing Creative Cloud applications via Creative Cloud desktop using an Adobe ID. Users retain full control over this preference and can adjust it anytime through their Account Management page.

Regarding Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements, when managing application installs through Adobe Volume Licensing, including for Education, the option to send usage information to Adobe is disabled and cannot be enabled.

For mobile and web applications, all users have the ability to adjust their usage information collection settings. This ensures that regardless of license or entitlement type, users maintain control over how their data is shared with Adobe.
