Adobe Enterprise w/ Custom Fonts -- cannot download font families from creative cloud?

I have Adobe for Enterprise with access to customer fonts.  However, when I go to the font that I want it says, "available with cc".  I cannot add it.   Is this user error, or have I not purchased the right subscription?
