Adobe environmental and social practices?

Hi Adobe team,

I’m currently reviewing the environmental and social practices of key suppliers as part of our company’s annual supply chain due diligence.

As an Adobe customer, I would appreciate it if someone from the Adobe team could advise on the best way to direct supplier-related ESG (environmental, social, and governance) questions like the ones listed below. Ideally, I’m looking for an appropriate email or contact point within Adobe that can assist with this process - both now and on an ongoing annual basis.

Here are the questions we’re hoping to clarify:

  1. Is your business majority-owned by women or individuals from underrepresented populations? Y/N

  2. Do you comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to social and environmental performance? Y/N

  3. Do you have any policies related to ethics and corruption in place? Y/N

  4. Do you have in place any positive practices beyond legal requirements (e.g. environmentally responsible operations, excellent labour practices)? Y/N

  5. Do you hold any third-party certifications related to social and/or environmental performance? Y/N

  6. Are you an independent supplier (privately owned)? Y/N

  7. Do you comply with international human rights and labour standards (for employees and contractors)? Y/N

  8. Do you pay at or above industry benchmarks (for employees and contractors)? Y/N

  9. Do you pay a living wage (for employees and contractors)? Y/N

  10. Do you provide employee benefits? Y/N

  11. Do you provide employees with professional development opportunities? Y/N

  12. Do you measure your carbon emissions? Y/N
12a. If yes, do you measure Scope 1, 2, or 3, or all?
12b. If yes, do you have carbon reduction goals in place? Y/N

Note: “Underrepresented groups” refers to individuals who have historically experienced barriers to economic opportunity due to discrimination or exclusion. This may include diversity of gender, ethnicity, orientation, age, disability, immigration background, and/or socioeconomic status.

If this isn’t the right place to post this, I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction but I have not been able to get answers anywhere else so far. Thank you in advance for your help.
