I HAVE NO IDEA OF THE STATUS OF MY ORDER.  I THINK THAT WE CANCELLED ALL ORDERS AS THE INCORRECT  ONES WERE ORDERED.  I NEED TO UPDATE BUT CANNOT UNTIL I SORT MY ACCOUNT OUT. THIS IS BEST DONE BY A TELEPHONE CALL.  PLEASE SUPPLIE A NUMBER FROM AUSTRALIA

What is "Adobe"?  That's a software company. They have dozens of apps. From the screen shot I believe you mean Acrobat Pro. But what version is it? Is it a subscription version or perpetual license? Is it new, or did it just stop working? Did you buy it direct from Adobe?

Hi,

So we are corporate company and we recently brought Adobe Acrobat DC license for around 300+ users. For few users when I grant them license and when they try to open Adobe Acrobat Dc, it give the error shown in the screenshot.

Btw we are using Ver 19.00.00.0 of Adobe Acrobat DC.

The issue seems to be increasing. I was facing this issue with 2 users and now I am facing the issue with almost 10 Users. Need a fix for it.
