Adobe Express Brands Disappearing

Question

I recently was tlaked into converting my personal express account into a teams account. Upon doing so, I've learned that any brands I create disappear immediately as soon as I move anywhere within the app. I went through the customer service techs and had a ticket opened, which they closed without resolving ths issue.

I've tried igcognito and other computers to no avail. Any suggestions would be dearly appreciated.
