Adobe Fonts missing in some students' Adobe CC -- all have identical subscriptions

We are using Adobe CC to teach a production-intensive summer workshop. All seven students have Adobe CC installed on their computer, and all seven students have access to the same plan through our university.

We are trying to make sure that everyone can access a font called William Caslon. A few of us are able to find the font and activate it without any problems. Several students simply do not have the option to activate the typeface and it does not show up at all when they 'browse fonts' from the Adobe CC application. However, they are able to find that typeface if they search for it via Google. Unfortunately, the page that shows up in response to a Google search does not allow them to activate the font.

This transcends operating system. Several students are using a Mac; others are using Windows. It's the weirdest thing.
