Adobe for Enterprise account migrate to teacher personal account

I have my Adobe account with the university I work for as an Adobe for Enterprise account.

As I will move to another University which does not offer Adobe, I will need to buy a teacher's license for myself.

In most Software will be just about logging off and logging in with the new account after purchasing the license.

however, I have built a website with Adobe Portfolio and published work on Behance

How do I transfer my website from my old Adobe for Enterprise account to the new personal account?
