Adobe for Entrprise subscription / Multiple profiles problem.

Hope you're all doing good. 

I'm using an Adobe for Entreprise subscription.. Had access to almost all apps and services but recently I started having some issues with my account starting with :

- Behance: Found a new behance profile ( the username is based on my Adobe ID ) and it's empty.. the problem is that my main Behance profile is linked to the same Adobe ID and now I don't have access to it. 

- Some services like Adobe Fonts : when I try to open the website and login, I get ( sometimes ) an Access Denied error.. seems like I can't use the service via my subscription, and had the same error when I tried to login to behance too ( Meaning I can't login to neither the old profile, nor the new fresh one).
