The FTP hyperlinks on this page (Group Policy-Active Directory — Enterprise Administration Guide) have been down for a couple of days now.
Any idea where to get the templates at the moment or when the FTP will be available?
It's likely an issue with your environment/network. Others aren't reporting the problem and these links work for me. Try on a device outside your network as a test.
