Adobe GC CLient Application has stopped working (In Remote Desktop environment)

We run Adobe Acrobat XI in a Windows Server 2012 Remote desktop server.

We restrict usage of the application via permissions on the AcrobatXI folder.


We also have Acrobat DC installed for all other users to be able to open PDF Files.


Users often receive the error below:

Is there a fix for this error message, or some troubleshooting steps?

Hello,

All users have full control over the AdobeCGClient.exe file.
The only restriction we have is that users are blocked from accessing Acrobat.exe

Hi Andreal,

http://processchecker.com/file/AdobeGCClient.exe.html   So we require the access to these locations.

What level of access does the users have?
