Hi,

 

I have a user with Adobe ID type Not Available, how do I change the Adobe ID type to Enterprise ID?

Hi there,

 

As a system admin, you can edit the identity types of your users on the Adobe Admin Console.

Please use the "edit identity type by CSV" option to change the identity type from Adobe ID to Federated ID. For detailed steps, please refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3ShnOAC
