Adobe is not responding to College student needs for a month to month subscription during Covid

I am a media teacher at a college. We pay for Adobe for our labs. During Covid we can only have half our students in the lab, the other half on their own home computers.  You are giving free @ home  to K-12 students, because 8th graders need to get photoshop ready for their new job. Sarcasm.

Our students are glad to pay the $19.99 a month student price for 3 months and then cancel at the end of November, at the end of the semester, but they aren't paying the 50% penalty for canceling before the year subscription is over. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours with many different customer service people. They assure me as long as our students call at the end of November, they will waive the penalty. A student called last week, the customer service person said no that isn't true at all and tried to charge her $70 a month.

So guess what Adobe?  AVID Media Composer First, Canva, Piktochart, Davinci Resolve, Inkscape, IMovie, all free. I have used Adobe as a professional and as a teacher for 25 years. This may be the last.

I am not the IT adminstrator for our Adobe Licensing. Do you know how busy our IT department is putting all students online and in virtual school? They don't have time to be calling you constantly. One of your customer service people transferred me to Enterprise last Monday. I was on hold for 50 minutes and I finally hung up.  I just can't even describe how disappointed I am in your company.  We pay for the license, a lot of money. You should be working with us. We are even trying to pay for it monthly as well and you aren't helping. Fix this.
