Adobe just charge me for duplicate license

Before i change my plan i asked the support that i have photoshop license, i want to change it to All apps

..., they said no worrise we will only charge you for the "Creative Cloud All Apps", and they charged me for "photoshope" and "Creative Cloud All Apps", and the problem that i can't find any live support to fix this issue, and i want to cancel the team, coz it's just me, and i don't know why did they change my account to team account, coz i don't do that.

Ok, finaly i just canceld my team plan and go back to individual  Account.

And there is no help from Adobe care at twitter, the just send me to random help page saying you will find a support chat there, and this is a problem they cannot solve, and it designted for another support ????

Adobe what's the problem ??

The Chat icon is located on the bottom-right corner of page. You can start a chat with a support agent using the Chat. In case you don't see the Chat button, reload the page or try opening it in another browser.

There's no chat icon, this is the problem.
