Adobe kicking team members out

The past 2 days adobe has been kicking memebers of my team out and saying that their license has expired. I go onto the admin console but they are still assigned a license. It seems to happen one after another and fixes itsefl after an hour or so.

was wondering if anyone else has had this issue

Correct answer Brian Carson

It is the new change to coincide to the Admin Console. Have them logout and log back in. Everyone seems to have defaulted to a personal, trial account rather than the licensed one. Several employees were caught, too. When you select the personal storage, that's what changes the account state to trial.

If you go into the Admin Console, Click 'Manage Storage'. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see an 'Edit' button. Change the name of the storage to [Company Name] Storage.  That'll make it stand out a bit better for them to correctly check the correct storage.

I also have this issue with two of my Team-members. But for them, the issue is not solved.

I am having this issue as well. I have been removing them and adding them back, but that only worked the first time
