Hi, can i know why i cant contact adobe live support ? when i try to press contact us in the creative cloud app I get this !! in the picture

I have this same problem. I can't use any support options since I have a mysterious Enterprise attached to my personal email address.

This almost certainly means you've been scammed. Enterprise accounts are for big companies and schools. If your account is a bargain, less that $50 per month, you have been scammed for sure.
