Adobe lost all our licenses

It's been 5 days since Adobe admitted to losing our 22 Creative Cloud for Teams licenses due to a "technical glitch." Has anyone else had this happen? We keep sending requests for updates but are hearing nothing. Yes, we are current with our payments.
