Adobe made 2 accounts with the same email

I tried signing into my creative cloud using my school email, but adobe made a personal account associated with the email, so now it's linked to two accounts. I now cannot access my school account with the plan and all of my files, since I just get redirected to my empty new personal account. The support couldn't help me at all, and I tried deleting the personal account but it did nothing but lock me out. help....

What does that mean?

If your school offers you a Teams or Enterprise account, you effectively have two different instances on the same e-mail. You need to sign out on one, to be able to sign in on the other. Your Adobe ID is in all instances the same.
