I recently updated Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to the 2020 version. However, when I try to export a video from Premiere to Encoder I get an error message that says, "Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature."
Since receiving the error, I uninstalled and reinstalled both programs several times and am still encountering the issue.
My company uses a Enterprise membership. They don't manage the computer I'm installing onto.

To complete the process, you will need to be a designated admin in order to access the administrator console and make the support request.
