Adobe Non-Profit License

We do have an Adobe account but has not expired.  Since we are a non-profit organisation would like to purchase non-profit account.

 

My Questions;

 

1.  Can we renew the existing account and get non-profit account or

2.  We have to start for a fresh non-profit license.

3.  How to purchase non-profit license  for a team

4.  How many members are allowed in a team

1.  Can we renew the existing account and get non-profit account :- Yes, the existing account will automatically Renew on the Anniversary Date (Renewal Date) of your Subscription. If your account was registered as a "Non-profit" during the intial purchase, the renewal will happen as a "Non-profit". If your account is not registered as a Non-profit, than the renewal cannot happen as a Non-profit License. You may need to Cancel the existing account and purchase a Non-profit License.

 

2.  We have to start for a fresh non-profit license :-  If your account was registered as a "Non-profit" during the intial purchase, the renewal will happen as a "Non-profit". If your account is not registered as a Non-profit, than the renewal cannot happen as a Non-profit License. You may need to Cancel the existing account and purchase a Non-profit License.

 

3.  How to purchase non-profit license  for a team :-  In order to purchase Non-profit license, you may need to speak to our Sales Team, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/non-profit.html

 

4. How many members are allowed in a team : - One Creative Cloud license can be used by one User. There is no limit to the number of Licenses that you can add in a Teams Account. You may go ahead and Add as many licenses basis the number of users who needs access to use Creative Cloud Teams products.
