Adobe not accessing internet

I am struggling with one machine that cannot log in to acrobat, the moment i click on sign in it just signs out even on the internet when i try to log in gives me an error that the website cannot be reached but i do have internet connection, please assist

Basically when i try to log in adobe it crashes out
