Adobe not allowing signature to be populated on document .Signature is saved on desktop. Staff member is signed in and has Adobe DC product.

This may happen if the internet service is interrupted or intermittent. Usually, in this situation, you may try to close Acrobat and re-launch and try again. If the issue doesn't get resolved you may try to use this Fill and Sign service using a browser: Adobe Document Cloud
