Adobe package created using AAMEE 3.1.108 begins installation but never completes Win7 64bit??

Getting ready to offer Adobe packages to Faculty and Staff.  I created packages of all applications from Adobe CS6 Master collection using AAMEE version 3.1.108.  Each one appeared to complete correctly with no errors, however when I go to run the MSI it gets to the please wait while windows configures adobe (whatever package) prog bar goes about half way then backs down and closes.  In event log I get an Msinstaller event ID 11708 (Product Installation operation failed) and also and Msinstaller event ID 1033 Windows Installer installed the product Installation success or Error status 1603.  These package were created, saved, and are attempting to be installed locally on my system.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I only have a couple weeks to get these package readily available. I have also tried it both ways with the "ignore conflicting process" box checked and unchecked with a clean boot of my system.  We are only having this problem on the Windows systems not on the Macs.
