Adobe packager error '' Unfortunately we were unable to upload your package metadata to the Creative Cloud''

Anyone come across this this error, I have raised a support call with Adobe, citing the packager error '' Unfortunately we were unable to upload your package metadata to the Creative Cloud''  and their first response was that I had not created new packages since the 31st I don't hold out much hope of a resolution.

Just to be clear I have already successfully created packages, however today on the 4 of August when I run the Enterprise packager it completes but returns the error '' Unfortunately we were unable to upload your package metadata to the Creative Cloud'' it recommends editing the package to force it to upload again I have tried this with each package editing fails with the same error.

I have created new packages from scratch, I have attempted to edit each one all attempts fail with the same error.

Any ideas?
