Adobe Portfolio closing multiple word docs without saving

Hi,

We have an enterprise running Adobe Acrobat Pro on a Windows 2008 Terminal Server. My client has a adobe portfolio from which they can open various documents. They are having an issue where if they open multiple Word 2010 documents from the portfolio and save and close only one document, all the other open documents crash and close automatically without saving. This means the user has to try recovering the documents when they are re-opened.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know of a way to fix it?
