Adobe Portfolio Merge to New Account

I have a college account through adobe creative cloud. I am trying to merge my adobe portfolio to a new account. I keep getting an error. HELP I have 3 days till it expires. Adobe support has been no help.

Contact your school's IT dept.

 

Technically, if the school pays for the software & services, they own the work you created with it.   You need your own Creative Cloud plan under separate ID (email) and password.

 

Ask the Portfolio Team if they can move your school Portfolio to your personal account.
