Adobe Portfolio page not found

A teacher has been using Adobe Portfolio with their students so they can create work for their final submissions that are being assessed next week.
However, a lot of students have reported the shared documents are no longer found. According to the staff member as well the students are no longer able to see these published documents anymore either.
When I went to go and create a "test" document and then publish it as a test. It re-directed me to a subscription page with licenses on.
Before we had no issues as we use an educational license accessing and publishing documents as it's included.
Would you be able to advise me on why it's changed and if this work is retrievable?
