Adobe Remote Update Manager - AdobeUpdater.Overrides files

Hello,

I am very new to managing Adobe and the Remote Update Manager. I am currently working on getting the update manager back in working order (since it has not been working in quite some time). I am running into a few issues.

I know how to generate the Override file, but I notice it is pointing to this specific location in my updates folder "webfeed":

<Overrides>
  <Application appID="webfeed">
    <Domain>http://MYDOMAIN.MYDOMAIN.edu</Domain>
    <URL>/updates/webfeed/oobe/aam10/mac/</URL>
    <Port>80</Port>

 I do not see that folder in my updates folder on the server. I did a fresh update, hoping I could start new and then ran incremental to get the updates into that folder. Not sure if that was wrong, all the videos I watch end up having more folders in their updates folder than I have. I Currently have two main folders in my updates folder they are ACC and Acrobat.

Here are the commands I ran in order:

AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe --root="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\updates" --fresh

AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe --root="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\updates" --incremental

AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe --genclientconf="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\config\AdobeUpdaterClient" --root="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\updates" --url="http://MyDomain.MyDomain.edu:80/updates/ "

Would you suggest just starting fresh and going back to the beginning setting up the server? Is there a step I am missing?

Let me know if you need more information. Thank you.

@Yelitza270251022kcq It seems the override file is not picking the correct location of the updates.

I would start with checking the path if it is accessible on the client machine.

Also, would recommend checking this article and verifying all the settings, and creating a new override file with the correct path: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/setup-ausst.html#Generate_client_config

Kindly make sure that you are using the latest version of AUSST as it has some bug fixes and the cleanup parameter is now available.
