Adobe Renewal Licenses

Has anyone else had problems renewing their business Adobe Licenses?  It all started on 7/22/2024 and it has yet to be renewed even though we paid.  Now we're getting pop-up windows stating we have 5 days to renew or all access will be cancelled. I've called my rep Neha Vij 5 times and it always goes to voice mail.  Left multiple messages.  Finally I got an email back from Neha and he says 'Kindly allow me sometime to check and get back to you.'  Now my staff is worried our access will be shut off.

I can't have this!

As per our records, 15 licenses were renewed on August 19th, 2024, and the contract is now active till 2025. The new anniversary date will be updated after August 21, 2024.
