Adobe Rum updater not updating all PC's

Guys, 

I push the RUM updater to about 210 machines every few weeks and it will update about 160 but not the others.  This is very consistent each time the RUM updater runs but with different machines.  It's been going on for a while but I just thought I'd throw that out there and see if someone knows why this happens or maybe have a solution.  Thanks
