Adobe's HARD SELL on "Creative Team" Subcription

This was sent to me. I may have been gullible, but I thought with out checking the price went up. So I called this Adobe sales rep. And no It was still $49.99 individual account. Now I have a "Team Account $69.99" which is on my personal account and was charged after repeated calls for cancellations. they said it will be 7 days and It has bee 7 days + with 7 days left for reimbursement. All I want is my $49.99 individual account.
