Adobe Scam

I bought Adobe on 07-NOV-2023. I bought it for my team to work, and they arbitrarily canceled the plan with the excuse of fraud, arbitrarily canceled the package and then forced me to contact the bank myself for a refund.
The whole conversation was just telling me to buy a new plan with a discount. Is this how a big company works?

@Iliana337380770ffc unforunately this isn't the first one I've come across. Adobe cannot divulge what was the flag on the account, and yes your bank will refund the money spent. Your only option is to purchase another plan.

A theory only - In your original post you state "I bought it for my team to work" - did you buy a teams plan, a single individual subscription or multiples? If you purchased a single subscription and you had multiple users attempt to access it - that may have caused the flag with multiple IP addresses hitting the account in a short period of time could be mistaken for piracy.

Again this is completely a theory none of us have access to investigate.

However, previous reports had similar circumstances where a user purchased one subscription for many people and it got bumped soon after.

They just tell me to contact bank to get refund, and give me offer. They don't tell more about the reason!

they refused to tell you, or you didn't ask?
