Adobe scammed our school

We are a school in Sweden. In March 2025, we purchased a K12 subscription for our students. Everything was fine until yesterday. Our admin console was completely deleted by Adobe, without explanation. When we contacted our account manager or the Adobe hotline, we were told that Adobe couldn't see the contract number or our payment, even though we sent them a bank check and the invoice Adobe sent us confirming the payment was successful. As a result, we lost 10,000 euros, and our students were left without a subscription.

Hi @roger_5949,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the invoice. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

Upon checking, I can see that there is an active support case already open for this matter. Please note that our support team is actively working on it to provide you with the appropriate assistance.

It also appears that you have received an email from our support team regarding this issue. Could you please reply to that email when you get a moment? This will allow the team to continue their investigation and provide the correct resolution.

If you need any further help, feel free to let us know.

Regards,

We've already contacted every possible support agent, and I've also spoken with the finance and commercial support departments. Every single one of them told me they couldn't see the payment. I received an email asking for proof of payment. I sent them the invoice I attached to this request, along with a bank check, but they told me these documents don't prove payment. Are you serious?! A bank check doesn't prove payment? I asked the bank to trace the payment, and they successfully replied that Adobe had received the money. This all looks like fraud on the part of Adobe employees. We'll be filing a lawsuit and giving interviews on all major news outlets.
