Adobe security issue

I'm trying to access my Adobe Creative Cloud and it's giving me the following error:

Try again later

For security reasons, your access is temporarily disabled. For more details, contact Adobe Customer Support.

 

I need to be able to install Acrobat Std on my new computer to do my job.

It seems that your account is temporarily disabled and you can try to access it again after 4-5 hours.

You can use this link to download Acrobat Standard: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

 

Please note, Acrobat Standard is not available for Mac OS.

No option for the Admins to reset this for a user that was given the wong password and who is dead in the water?
