Adobe Sensei Recommendations module not working as expected

Hello,

We're having issues with the Adobe Sensei Recommendations module on our Magento 2 project.
When creating a configuration for the Most Viewed recommendation type, the products that are being shown are usually old and out-of-stock products (even though out-of-stock products are being excluded in the configuration options).

Please help us resolve this issue.
