Question

Adobe server? Help me please!

Hi,

My name is Isaias. When I try to update/install to the latest Adobe apps, I receive the error code 113 - can't connect to Adobe servers which then prompts me to check my internet connectivity and firewall settings.

My computer is a macOS X EL CAPITAN 10.11.6 - if this makes a difference

The type of help I'm looking for is someone to walk me through what I need to do. I've looked at similar Adobe forums and have had my tech team review the firewall settings, and everything is all right.

*Things I have tried

Shut down and restart

Test internet connectivity

Download application updater

Check firewall settings

*Observations and Notes

When I click to update/install one of the apps, the percentage has ranged from a low of %2 and a high of %47 before a download error appears.

Never I had a similar issue.

Thank you for time for taking the time to help me with this request, and I look forward to working with you soon.

Sincerely,

Isaias
