Correct answer Nikhil R Gupta

Hello Steven,

I was checking the logs and there were some instances of conflicting processes. Could you check and make sure all the Adobe process (CCLibrary, CCX, CoreSync etc) are closed. You can close Microsoft outlook as well. We have seen sometimes the process conflicts with Adobe installation. Once everything is closed, you may try to run the setup as administrator and check again.

Thanks,
Nikhil Gupta
