Adobe Sign: Addressees not receiving links to agreements to sign

I am very frustrated since quite often, when I send out agreements to be signed, the addressees don't receive the email from Adobe Sign AND I never get a message from Adobe Sign that it was not delivered. This has forced me to use gmail accounts and the like to get through to these people. This is of course not ideal, since one of the main reasons to use digital signatures through these kinds of services is to have traceability.

Does anyone have advice? (Accept for asking them to whitlist adobes domain, since that is not something a "normal" user can do in their IT-environment.)

Can I send the link to them myself in some way?

Best regards,

Julia
