Adobe Spark

Can anyone tell me how do I go about submitting a correction with Adobe Spark?

I am a piano teacher and I found an error in a template that I was using, attached you will see the before template and my after template in green.

In the before PDF the white and black piano keys are not lined up correctly, I wanted to make sure this template is correct for the next person.
