Adobe Stock credits

Last night I logged into my Adobe Stock account to find zero credits listed and a new notice saying

"Available Stock quota, No Plan".
My company has had the Team subscription for several years and we had over 700 adobe stock credits.
What's the best way to sort this issue out?

Hi @Tim23303288xfax,

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears that you are unable to use Adobe Stock credits and are seeing the message “Available Stock quota: No plan.”

As checked, I can see that you have an active Teams plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query, and your administrator has assigned you a Creative Cloud Pro license. Please note that a Creative Cloud Pro license alone does not include Adobe Stock credits.

To resolve this issue, please ask your administrator to assign you an Adobe Stock plan. Once the Adobe Stock plan is assigned, you should be able to access and use Stock credits without any issues.

You can refer to the following document to learn how to contact your administrator:

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
