Adobe Stock License History issues T2E accounts

We had thousands of Adobe Stock images licensed on a previous plan. We switched to a VIP plan to make sure individual users can’t set up their own accounts. The new VIP plan is supposed to include Adobe Stock and all our previous licenses were supposed to transfer over. We had a VIP plan several years ago, and then it got switched to a Team plan because something got mixed up, and so now we are going back to the VIP plan.

However, none of the previous licensed history from the Teams plan was moved to the new VIP plan. I can see two profiles. One old profile has 36 assets and the new profile now has 11 or so (licensed after the switch). We need to get our previous license history moved over so we have access to it. Ideally, all the history would be combined in one profile.

Also, the new plan says “Education License” when we had a standard license before. What does that mean? What is the difference?

We’ve tried to contact support and have cases open, but last week they kept saying it would be available in 24 hours, but it wasn’t. And then we keep getting conflicting information on whether we have a stock plan and where the licenses are. Is there anyone from Adobe on the forum who can help us get to the right team to get this resolved?

Thanks very much!

I believe an investigation by a knowledgeable staff member is necessary to determine whether this was a procedural error by the support team or a system malfunction.

Yeah, the problem is getting to someone who knows what they’re doing. In the past, we had a similar issue with our license history and posting on the forum connected me with someone who was able to escalate support and actually help (vs. getting canned answers from the first level of Adobe support and not being able to get any further). I’m hopeful between this and our current support case we can get this resolved quickly.
