Please log in at https://adobe.ly/4gD6Ck0. When prompted with the profile chooser, select the personal account. If you are logged in directly and do not see any active plan, sign out and log in again, making sure to choose the personal account during sign-in.
To access this plan, please also log out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and, when signing in again, select the personal account as this license is associated with your personal profile.
