"Adobe Substance 3D Collection Education 12-month subscription" ended 8 months earlier

I activated my Adobe Substance 3D Collection Education 12-month subscription on the 13th of November 2025. The subscription and all my plans and orders & invoices have been removed from my account. I have logged in the right account but all info and my still active subscription has been removed. I have now lost all access to the Apps I need for my education.

The apps on my Adobe account now only show Trial available.

Is there a way to access my still active subscription and regain access to the apps?

    Upon checking, I can see that an active enterprise plan is associated with the Adobe ID (email) you used to post this query, and this contract is managed by your university.
