Adobe support have lack of knowledge with licensing
Dear Adobe,
Maybe you have forgotten yourself what is customer and her time. Every task which could be done in 10 minutes, are stretched to 1 hour. It's like they are paid for hours not work tasks. It's not fair. Are you going to merge support for EU region and improve support?
