Adobe Target - Permission -> Not accessible

Hi All,

I have two questions,

1. While trying to assign Permission in the Admin console of Target, I am getting following error,

Something went wrong. We're working on the problem. Please try again later.

 

2. While accessinbg Target I am not seeing Automated Perssonalization and Recommendation option in Create Activity.

 

Please help in resolving these two issues.
