Adobe Team billing support

My company had 12 subscriptions, we got billed for 17 on two separate days, two separate transactions. When I finally got someone in Customer service, our account was billed $3,903.01, they Deleted our organization page and refunded $0.01. We now have no plan, they cancelled access to our account, and refuse to refund the remaining, $3,903.00. Anyone have any suggestions? No one responded from Customer Service, and the bank said Adobe refused.

    Hi @Nora+Litz,

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry you're dealing with this. Losing account access while a sizeable amount is still unresolved is a stressful position to be in, and we want to help get this in front of the right people.

Because this involves billing and account access that can't be managed from your end, it needs to be handled directly by our support team. Please reach our Customer Care team here: Contact Adobe support (https://adobe.ly/4hdRZWD). When you connect with them, please have the following ready so they can locate everything quickly: the two transaction dates and amounts, the last four digits of the card that was charged, the email address originally tied to the organization, and any case or reference number from your earlier contact with Customer Service.

Please give that a try and let us know how it goes, we're happy to help further.

    Thanks,

    ^AV
