Adobe Teams. Creating accounts.

Hi there,

So, I've been roaming the forums, but not getting a clear answer on my question. Hope I can get some clarification with this post.

So, we have am Adobe Teams Account. I guess it's 1 seat, allowing me to install it on 2 computers, since we only have 100Gb of Cloud space available(the thing is managed by the IT department). Is it possible to create 2 different accounts linked to this licence or we have to buy another seat to be able to have 2 emails associated with it?

Best regards,

João Hipólito

Hi João,

A license can be assigned to only one Adobe ID at a time and can be used to install the product on 2 machines.

Also, an Adobe ID (email address/account) can be linked to only one seat, to use the services on additional devices you will have to purchase additional seats.

In case you are looking to use your 100 GB cloud space, then it can be used on 2 machines associated with one seat.

For more information see the following help documents: On how many computers can I use my Creative Cloud subscription? , Can I use the software I download from Creative Cloud on more than one machine?

Let us know if this helps and feel free to update the thread.

You can install CC on many computers, but activate only 2 at the same time and you are not allowed concurrent use.

Generally speaking each user needs one license and that user may sign-in 2 computers (a desktop and a laptop for example).

The manager of the teams account (which can be any person having a user id, but that person does not need to have a CC license attributed to him or her) can assign the licenses to a user or retrieve the license when that user leaves the company or gets different tasks attributed.
