Adobe Update Server

hie,I have setup the adobe update server. But somehow only a few apps are getting updated from the update server the rest are not getting updated and they get connected to the internet.Can anyone help me with it?Please note all the apps were downloaded using - fresh option and in one go. which was then transferred to the web server and the client overrides were created for the client pointing to the web server.

After a bit of research, I have discovered that AUST is not able to update few apps.

All the latest app are downloaded from the adobe server using the --fresh option but the are still not getting updated.

For instance: The Team has illustrator 21.0.0(64 bit) and the ACC\products\AdobeProducts\ILST on the server has the latest version(21.0.0.224 & 21.0.2.242) downloaded but when the team is trying to update the app the creative cloud app gives error 118. at the same time other apps like lightroom and photoshop got updated.
