Adobe Update Server Questions

1. Can I control which updates are available to users or is AUS just a mirror of Adobe's internet-based update server?

2. Can I sync only the Mac-related updates?

3. How much storage should I have available on the server to accommodate the updates? (I have no idea how space all of the updates will take up).
